Okay.
So I went to JJ today with the hippo boyf
and watched a movie called Gulliver's Travels.

I won't say it is awesome
but the movie is indeed entertaining
and somehow worth watching.
"So, I'll call you potamus because you have got no hips."
LMAO.

Saw so many familiar faces today in the mall.
Before the movie, we went to Foon Hei Dei for my brunch.
That place is still my fave restaurant in JJ.
As usual I ordered the same old food that I love.

 I am so boring.
Not surprising at all.
Always having the same taste for food,
same hairstyle, same clothing,
same makeup, same bags, same shoes,
same expressions, same poses.

HOWEVER, I wore a new lens today.
Muahahaha.
At least I change the lens' colours all the time
depending on my mood and clothes.

In grey.
Anyhow, I always get the same colours - grey and green.
Never tried violet before.
Ordered a pair of freaking huge ass 16mm pink lens
and the dealer said she will deliver it to me on Monday
but I still haven't get it today. Sien.

After the movie, went for steamboat with the bunch.
To celebrate Jim's 21st birthday.
He turned 21 this year like FINALLY.
He is a 29th babe too!
29 is such a lovely number. LOL.

Got him choc banana earlier.
Had fun listening to them talking nonsense
and destroying the cake.
They went for 2nd round but I had to go home
because I am a modern Cinderella who must be home before 12.
Sigh. Trouble magnet I am.

Ooh by the way,
mom gave me a new blanket today
and it is pink!!!
OMG I am so into pink now.
And I think I love skirts too
and when I wear them I feel much confident wtf.

Guess I can blog a little while waiting for the boyf to reach home.
His car is overheated so he is now stranded in a petrol station.

Kesian me also because I am very sleepy now
but I can only sleep after he get home.

It was Jul's pink themed birthday dinner.

It was like a UTR get-together.
It has been so long since the last time all of us got together.

After the din din at ISC,
we went to Barroom for 2nd round.
It wasn't as awesome as the previous clubbing experience,
but I had fun drinking. LOL.
Didn't get as pinkish as the time when I drank in Sabah though.

The music wasn't great enough though.

I bet it would be awesome if the DJ plays 'High high'.

I still prefer to shop alone.
Nobody cares how long I consider whether to buy this mascara or that eyeliner
or how many times I return to the same shop to check that nice dress out.

Bought a pair of flats from Vincci with only RM39.50 wtf so cheap.
And 2 basic tees from Padini. For free.
Thanks a lot, birthday voucher.
And I got a birthday present for Jul.
And paid for my booked contact lens.

I still need to find a hot pink dress for Jul's birthday party.
The theme is pink.
Now only I realized pink dresses are so hard to find.
Padini, Giordano and Mango failed big time on pink shits.
Am gonna try Parade, maybe tomorrow?
And I need one or two more pairs of flats. For college use.

I am a real weirdo.

I listen to hip hop and rock music when I am down

& slow songs when I am in a good mood.

Thought of shopping to perk myself up.

Instead of getting fancy clothes and shoes and bags,

I bought 3 books with RM44 from Novel Hut.

Weird thing is, after getting the books I turned happy.

Could I get even nerdier? 

What the heck.

Love this town.

Am so freaking tired after a whole day out with the lamers.
Nothing special to tell in here.
We usually do the same old stuff
and talk about the same old things
when we are together.
But it is fun hanging out with them
even though all we did was just strolling aimlessly in the mall.

before the sem break ends.
Muahahaha.
Very little pics are taken lately.
Almost everyone is busy going somewhere else
rather than staying in Ipoh and wait for calls for outings.
I am one of the few exceptions.
I'd rather stay here, enjoy mom's cooking,
save some penny to get books and do a little shopping
than go to other places and use money on transport, hotel and stuff.
Although sometimes Ipoh is kinda boring.

Call me weirdo.

Ipoh's air is so clean and fresh
and the weather rocks like nobody's business.
All the pimples and acnes and breakouts are gone.
Left only scars that can be covered with concealer.
Hehehehe.
The only thing I have to deal with now is
the increasing body weight and the dark circles and eyebags.
Urgh.

The thing about passion.

Passionate about something is a good thing.
However, passion must be matched with hard work
and talent to make things work.
With only passion, and without the other two elements,
you will lose your direction,
and eventually lose yourself.

Set a realistic goal and work towards it.
Be passionate, and at the same time
put effort on it and improve yourself.

High and unrealistic goals will only make you suffer
and some even give up because of them.
So, know your ability and be humble.

As mention in the previous post,
my dad brought us to Tualang for seafood.

Factories at the far end.

Super straight road that made me felt like speeding.

Great place to test a newly bought car. LOL.

And there were cows too but I was too late to snap them.

Very dry. Don't like.

Fish.

That was one big ass prawn.

The one at the left was in normal size.

Didn't order much

because all of us are quite small eaters.

Didn't order crabs neither

because the craving for crabs is saved until we visit grandma in Teluk Intan.

They have very nice crabs there.

I never missed having crabs every time I go to TI.

Btw besides crabs,

Sabah still has the best seafood than any other places in Malaysia.

Nothing much is going on lately,
so I have nothing much to blog about.
Except food, maybe.
Always meeting the same people,
talking about the same few topics,
and doing the same thing everyday.

However I am glad to say that
I wake up with happiness every morning,
and go to sleep with bliss every night.
Days with the same routine can never bore me
if only I have these people around me all the time.

Days are simple, but gleeful.

One more week to Christmas.

Am getting the dress I spotted in Parade as my Christmas dress! :)

My Wednesday.

Spent the whole day aimlessly in JJ today.

Had brunch at Burger King with Logic
who is now working as a promoter in JJ Sony Centre.
Bought a burger set home for sis.
Went to JJ to meet Jiak and visit Logic's workplace.

My camera is not sold in Sony Centre anymore
because so many new models were released in just a year.
I guess there is no extra space for my poor T90.

Hung out in JJ and had ice-blended mocha at Kopitiam in JJ.
Waited for time to pass.
Had dinner with Logic and bitched about anyone we could bitch about.
Reached home at 7.30p.m.

By the way, the boyfriend is back
and he brought a lot of notebooks and planners back with him,
and a tiny NUS lion. ♥

You know the rules.
Ignore the eyebags and dark eye circle. :)
That light blue polo tee is at least 5-year-old.
Had been abandoned it for 2 years.
I think I have the necessity to shop,
because pathetically, I REALLY have very few clothes to wear.

Tomorrow's the last day of STPM.
My dad is gonna bring us to Tuk Alang for a seafood lunch.

I am quite amazed by the easiness to stalk people in Twitter.
By adding whoever you wanna stalk,
then you can know what is he/she doing everyday
or what is he/she thinking
without having to go through the friend requesting step
unless that person set his/her profile private.
That is a little creepy, actually.
But nobody would wanna stalk me anyway,
so yea I am gonna abandon Facebook for a bit

Hair issue.

Never had straight hair for so long.
To be honest, I kind of missed having straight hair
but at the same time I still loved my curls.
No wonder hair is described as 3000 troubles by the Chinese
because it freaking causes dilemma all the time.
My roommate and I are always talking about hair.
Like what hair style are we gonna get in the next semester break.

My mom says I look hotter in curly hair. LOL.
I've told her so many times that I am forced to perm it straight.
Blame the course I am taking.
A subject I will be taking next semester - Coral Ecology
involves a lot of diving and snorkeling activities
and I hate to handle my hair after every time I get out of water.

By the way, who says it is not good having straight hair
even though I look less hot in it?
Having straight hair is awesome:

I can brush through my hair with my fingers 

and it will be automatically neat.

I don't have to apply countless curl cream/gel on the hair

after every hair wash.

I don't have to worry about messing up the curls while I sleep.

It is easier to tie straight hair up.

I can put serum or olive oil on the hair 

to keep hair shiny and healthy.

I don't have to get expensive curl cream/gel,

but only a bottle of cheap serum/olive oil.

I don't have to worry about my hair after swimming 

because basically one doesn't need anything to keep straight hair in place.

I can dry my hair with the usual hair dryer.

I don't have to waste time setting my hair after hair wash.

Straight hair makes me look young!!

The only weakness of having straight hair is,
for one who have naturally curly hair, like me,
the new grown curly roots are pretty obvious.
I always hate curly roots.
Anyway I MIGHT get my hair curled again after the next semester.
Muahahaha.

Obviously gaining weight but can't help it.

I want outings but I cannot go out atm
because my hair is now superbly flat and crazily straight,
and I shouldn't wash my hair for 2 to 3 days
so I cannot sweat or else my sis would faint every time I go near her.

Home is the best as usual,
but every good thing comes with sacrifice.
Home = No freedom.
No freedom as in cannot go out at night,
and must be back before 11pm.
Anyhow my sis and I always break rules.

I don't want fat cheeks and a bloated tummy.

Ginvera eye roll shit.

Got this eye roll yesterday.
In fact, it is as effective as the mag says
but it pisses me off so freaking badly.

The roll is so hard to use.
It is not like the Garnier eye roll which has kind of like a metal roll,
the roll that can be seen on most deodorant,
the roll of Ginvera is made of a glass-like material,
so it is hard, and it effin needs strength to make it move.
Hence it cannot apply straight around the eyes
because it will cause wrinkles.

What is an eye roll if people cannot roll it around the eye???

and to be accompanied by crazy people. :)

As usual, we stayed at Jiji's place.
Had been out for 3 days straight to chase after idols,
which was kind of awkward to me,
because to be honest, (and no offence please)
things like drooling over an idol and check on the idol's news everyday
had long passed and were all past tense. For me.
Things that worth my attention on an idol are the songs and live performances.

Anyway, went to see Lam Fung on Friday night at Sunway Pyramid.

Got her ticket before we settled down in TGI Friday for lunch.
