Energy flows.

After the intensive 2-days diving,
I find that sports can actually increase the dopamine level in our body,
making us feel happy and good about ourselves.

Unlike those lazy days,
these 2 mornings I woke up feeling totally different,
it's like I have consumed 2 bottles of Red Bull in my sleep.
So energetic, so fresh.

Planned to continue to work out
but it is now study week,
nobody is gonna do it with me since everyone will be busy studying.
Hmmm.
Let's see how it goes.

p/s The boyfriend was disgusted with me peeing in the ocean. :/
