Okay. Here it goes.

1. I am doing this because my dad SNATCHED the remote control and happily watching the news in the living room now.

2. This is the first time ever I am actually doing this tagging thingy. Most of the time I just ignore them and pretend I don't know my name is on the tagging list. LMAO.

3. I blog because I like to type.

4. Basically I like all colours, bright or dark. My favourite colour varies from time to time. Depends on the colour of my favourite newly bought items.

5. My favourite colour is bronze now because I just got a new bronze gladiators from Vincci. LOL.

6. I used to drink a lot of water when I was in high school. I brought almost 1000ml of water to school everyday and vowed to finish them before school.

7. Because of that, my classmates called me Ponteng Jess, as I always sneaked out from class to the toilet then to F4 for the juicy gossips. =) I miss those days.

8. I have no idea how Mr. Chua never failed to make me feel sleepy whenever he started talking in his chemistry class.

9. I like to listen to music when I bathe. Haha.

10. I miss the beach. Never been to the beach for ages.

11. I can live very well without my handphone. Even sometimes I wish it could just disappear into thin air.

12. Pink is not my colour! Although I always paint my nails pink. LOL.

13. I loveeeeeee to wear shorts, bet everyone knows that. They are so much convenient than long pants and it is so comfy to walk in shorts.

14. I don't like to tie my hair. My mum says it is a waste not to tie hair into different style. Excuse me mum, do you want me to go shopping with my hair tied into a bun?

15. I like to shop alone.

16. I like strawberry flavoured food.

17. I always choose vanilla over chocolate and I hate chocolate ice cream. Umm, hate is a little too strong. I mean dislike.

18. I would get all emotional when I don't have a book or magazine to help me kill time.

19. I can't sleep when there is nothing for me to hug throughout the night. That's why I love my bolster.

20. I always borrow things from my mum, like her bags and cosmetics, but I never return them to my mum. Haha.

21. I regretted giving up piano in Form 3 just because of the bloody PMR. It would be so nice if I could play all the classics. I always love piano classics!

22. I am usually the one calling for mcd and pizza deliveries for my sis and I, and the one dashing out to pay when the food arrives, AND the one cleaning up after the meal. Pathetic. I live as a maid.

23. I like cinema with popcorn and ice lemon tea.

24. Okay, I am getting bored with this. LOL.

25. Yay! I am done!

There is this column in the March issue
about lessons not to pick up from movies
which I found it very amusing.

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button

This is a loooooong story.
About the whole life of a very peculiar man born in the early 20th century who ages backwards.
Although it was a little boring in the middle of the story,
the ending was jaw dropping and I was touched,
by the great motherly love of Queenie and Benjamin's struggle for life which is way much different from the normal,
the way he observed and discovered life from all different angles.
Was so astonished to see Benjamin died as a baby.
And I think their make-up was excellent.


But if you are not an artistic person, like me,
my advice is to forget about the big screen
and download the movie instead if you really feel like watching.
It would be more comfortable to watch on your bed or couch
than keep checking the time and thinking why isn't this movie end yet.
And the situation got worse when it was so frigging cold inside the cinema,
it made me shivered till the end.


This movie is worth watching for me, though.
A RM6 ticket on Ladies' Day
and I got to watch Brad Pitt riding motorcycle with his shades on.
Whoa.
So drop dead handsome I tell you.

URGHHH!

Today is totally my day!

Continued to hunt for shoes in JJ this afternoon.
I felt a spasm of happiness and hope when I stepped into the mall
because I saw it almost empty,
so I can finally shop without squeezing into any shop.

As usual PDI was the first place I went into although I actually went JJ for my shoes.
People who knows me well KNEW how a die hard fan I am for PDI.
They always have the nicest dress and pants and tops and tees and scarfs and caps and bags and belts and accessories in town
and have this 50 to 70% discount almost all the time.
Among the three tops I bought for cny, two of them were from PDI.
Okay, enough talk on PDI before you guys get bored of me.
So, I got myself a cute black top with special and extremely low price for PDI card members and I am still excited about it.
Haha.

And the best of all :
I got a new gladiator!
Like FINALLY.
It is so much comfortable
and it was the very last pair.
Luckily I made it in time before anyone else got it.
Phew.

Then I went to the saloon I visit once every year for hair rebonding.
Yeap, I am still in straight hair.
You won't get to see any drastic change in me because I am just too afraid to change.
LOL.

About the lonely-4-of-us-having-steamboat-because-we-had-nobody-to-celebrate-with thingy,
was actually a lame joke.

I don't really mind celebrating Vday with my girls and friends.
We had a really good time stuffing food into our stomach
and ordering dishwashing-liquid ice cream.
LOL.



I have to explain this because the bf heard from somewhere about what I wrote on my blog, so he thought I wasn't happy on Vday and he was feeling guilty. Haha!*

It's about yesterday.

Spent the entire day with some ex-classmates at Sunway Lost World.
That place hasn't change much since my last visit.
Still with that limited amount of equipments and space.
What really impressed me A LOT was actually their bathroom,
which is sort of half open air and it never failed to make me feel like peeping at the person bathing in the cubicle next to mine.
Haha.
That is why I bathed with my swimsuit on everytime I went there and changed as fast as I could.

Yesterday was a sunny day
and we were having fun playing on the slides.
We got so excited with the speed and height,
so we played them several times, especially the Cliff Racer,
and we changed partners to see which pair of us could reach higher at the risen slides end.
The fun turned into tragedy when Ho Tet fell from the tube.
His back hit against the slides.
Luckily it wasn't a very serious hit as he could still stand
and walk to the first aid room with a life guard's help.
He stayed in the room for a couple of hours,
had a hard time dealing with it.
It hurts when he moves, he said.
Life guards there were really nice, though,
except the expressionless one at the wave pool, maybe.
Haha.
So people,
hold tight when you are playing at the water park or amusement park.
Safety first.
Always remember that.

I am now very dark and having sunburn on my face.
Damn tingling I felt when the facial mask cream was applied.
Gonna stay at home for another 2 months before I get back my fair skin I guess.
Sad case.

It's a Saturday night.

I am so surprised to see my easyMule functioning so well on a Saturday night.

No lagging, no source-dropping,

and the download speed is unexpectedly high.

Wow.

So everyone is still out there celebrating Vday, huh?

Was out for the whole day. With my girls.

I gotta drag myself away from my lovely bolster so early this morning

to visit Mr. Chun at school to ask about the IPTA form.

And after sitting there listened to him for about 2 hours,

I am still uncertain of which to choose and which is good enough for me.

All he said was,

'Every course has its good, just make sure you have interest in it and stay focus on that course.'

Great.

My doubt isn't solved at all.

Parade was so packed with students and couples today.

Very un-syok for my well-planned shoes hunting.

By the way I bet a lot complained about going to school on this very romantic day.

Went for Ah Fan's farewell dinner at Momo Cafe,

where there was only 4 of us who are still stranded in this dull city,

with no one to celebrate Vday with.

Mua bowl of soup with ugly vege and egg.

We had so much fun although we were FORCED to finish the food Kheng put in our plates.

Haha.

And they were out of vanilla ice cream!!

Grrrr.

So we were forced again, not by Kheng this time, haha,

but to take yam flavour instead,

which tasted more like dishwashing liquid.

GRRRR.

Look how exhausted I was.

I know you can take care of yourself very well in Australia, Miss Fan,

as you are one of the MAN-ish people who used to be our daijiedai during a trip or a hang-out day.

But you are the youngest among us!

I filled in Radiology as one of my choices before I found out it is actually in physics field.

Gonna change it to Genetics & Molecular Biology instead.

Been kind of emotional recently
with all these courses uni results thingy spinning inside my head all day long.
I need ice cream, a movie ticket and popcorn to perk me up.





Time for Gossip Girl. *

I wanna shout out loud!

Just discussed with parents about the PTPTN thingy. Always hate this part because it never fails to get me down even though I was on cloud nine a minute before. I hate all this that force me to think about a lot of what-ifs. What if I get a course that I distaste? What if my results are so bad that I can't even get any course on the list or not a single uni accept me?

God, please. My results do not have to be good, it would just fine if You can kindly make them all pass. I just want to pass all my four subjects. I admit that I am a wimp when it comes to facing failure. I know many people have high hopes for me, especially my family and part of my relatives who shower me with love since the day I was born, and I bet there are a lot waiting to see me fall. Really have to pray hard since I do not have a time machine to go back to the past. There is no way to turn back the time.

It is time to decide for my future again. It is time to worry about getting results again. Just like what my dad says, 'This is just the beginning.'

Rhona Mitra is so hawttttt in this movie. Nice plot although every scene was dark enough. Haha. Obviously better than Alien Vs Predator! That movie was dreadful, man. Fight from the begining till the end. Underworld 3 is so much exciting. There are werewolves, and vampires! Perfect time for showing when everyone is still crazy about vampires. Gonna dig Underworld 1 and 2 out maybe from the net. Definitely gonna grab a ticket for Underworld 4!
